Welcome to the ESOL Center!

     During the spring exam period, to schedule your online video and audio supported appointment, you'll need to reserve it no later than 9:30 a.m. the day of the appointment


     To access your reserved session, you'll

  • login to WCOnline  -, several minutes before it starts
  • click on your tutorial,
  • then click the Start or Join Online Consultation red link to the virtual tutorial room.
  • use the menu bar upload button if you have a paper you'd like to share with the tutor

The ESOL tutor will join your session soon after you enter.  If she's working in a previous appointment, there might be a momentary delay.

Tues. 9:30-7:00

Wed.  9:30-7:00

Thurs. 9:30-7:00

Fri.    10:30-3:00


     ESOL faculty tutors can provide you help with:

  • all course writing from the brainstorming and drafting to the final writing stage
  • source citations
  • oral presentation practice and feedback
  • Power Point slide reviews
  • pronunciation
  • conversation enrichment. 



Click on First Visit? REGISTER FOR ACCOUNT link that's located in the top left sign-in box to set up an account.  Afterward, you'll simply log-in to make any ESOL Center appointments  



You can schedule as many as two hours of weekly appointments (30 or 60 minutes) up to two weeks in advance through our ESOL Center WCONLINE appointment link. 


Appointments Lengths:

  • 30- and 60-minute appointments are available for writing
  • *30-minute appointment for pronunciation and conversation fluency work

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel online at least 1.5 hours in advance as this allows another student to have access to your cancelled appointment.
